3. Account Registration and Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hz555 login credentials — your username and password. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hz555 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion. The following payment methods are accepted on hz555: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Minimum deposit on hz555 is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. hz555 does not accept third-party payments. The name on the deposit payment method must match the name on the hz555 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched accounts may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hz555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles that apply to all hz555 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on hz555 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the funds become withdrawable. 6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on hz555 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game types or sports markets.

General: A bet is confirmed only once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from hz555. Any bet that does not generate a confirmation reference — due to a technical error, connection issue, or any other reason — should be treated as not placed. hz555 will investigate any disputes regarding bet confirmation on a case-by-case basis using server logs.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 100 across all markets on hz555.

Sports Betting Specific: If a sporting event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off or start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after beginning, settlement will be determined based on the result at the time of abandonment if 90 minutes of regulation time has been completed; otherwise, bets will be voided. Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds change rapidly. hz555 uses a brief suspension period when processing in-play bets to ensure the odds at confirmation are accurate. Occasionally, bets submitted during a suspension period will be declined. This is a technical safeguard, not an error. Declined bets do not result in any charge to your account.

7. Fair Use Policy

hz555 is a platform for genuine recreational gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or any technological aids to place bets, play games, or interact with the hz555 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviours to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug on hz555, you are obliged to report it to support immediately. Exploitation of bugs forfeits all winnings.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card game rooms with multiple players.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions more than once — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "gnoming".

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Either you or hz555 may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your hz555 account, contact support and your account will be closed once any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved and any pending withdrawals are processed.

hz555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested.
• Account activity that hz555 has reasonable grounds to believe is harmful to the platform or to other players.
• Court order, law enforcement instruction, or regulatory requirement.

When an account is suspended by hz555 for a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
